Let's face it, we don't have a lot of money. I don't think you can beat the price and still get a great location, a friendly and helpful staff, and flexible lease options. I had a great semester here.

Spacious private rooms are carpeted and furnished with a bed, desk with lamp and chair, dresser, easy chair, mini blinds, telephone jack, cable outlet and large closet in each room. On site laundry facilities. Parking available at an additional fee. Rent includes heat, hot water (also softened), cooking gas and internet. Residents pay electricity.

Security Deposit is $200.00 - $400.00 per person.
