Leasing Process

Simple steps to lease a Saxony Apartment:

  1. Contact Saxony Apartments to schedule a showing.
  2. Download and fill out a rental application (if you don’t have rental history, a completed co-signer application is also required).
  3. If your application is approved, sign your lease and pay your security deposit ($200/person).
  4. Pack your things and move in!
