Flexible Lease Options

Saxony Apartments accommodates many student situations with flexible lease options that include: academic year, full year, and semester leases. Contact Saxony Apartments for more information.

Academic Lease – August 15th to May 31st

  • Why pay rent for the summer months if you won’t be living there? Academic leases are a wonderful idea if you move back home for the summer, of if you plan on working a summer internship outside of Madison.

Semester Lease – August 15th to December 31st or January 1st/15th to May 31st 

  • Graduating first semester or studying abroad? Saxony Apartments can accommodate you with a semester lease. 

Full Year Lease – August 15th to August 14th

  • Sticking around Madison for the entire year? Saxony Apartments has you covered with our full year lease option. You’ll love all that Madison has to offer in the summertime.
